This amplifier unit is an X-band pulsed solid-state amplifier covering 8.5–9.8 GHz, delivering 6000 W peak RF power with ~38 dB gain. It features fast 18 ns/33 ns rise/fall times, configurable 400 ns–300 µs pulses, a maximum 30% duty cycle, low droop, and flat output. Phase noise ≤-105 dBc/Hz, spurious emissions < -65 dBc. Operated via AC mains, air-cooled, with efficiency 26–30%, protection against over-temperature, over-current, over/under-voltage, and real-time RS422 monitoring. Input/output: N-Female / FBE100 with pins, SMA pulse input. Rugged and compact: 467×360×260 mm, 42.5 kg.
